Everything you and your student want and need to know about SEHS's graduation requirements

Did you know that one of the #1 documented predictors for students succeeding in college has to do with what classes that have taken in grades 9th through 12th? Join us for an extremely important and informative Parent Education Series on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the far end of the South Eugene High School cafeteria to learn from Ellen Brunson-Newton and other South administrators everything you need to know about our high school graduation requirements. We'll focus on both Classic South and International High School requirements, the new senior project requirements and the career planning aspects of what it takes to successfully graduate. This would be an excellent time to involve students in the planning process, as well, so we encourage both parents and South students of all grades to attend. We'll also be inviting our middle school parents to attend to get a heads up on how to plan now for graduation from South. Questions? Contact Helen B. Garrett, Parent Council Convener at SEHSParentCouncil@comcast.net
